Office worker who is passionate about exercise I started workout 20 years ago with a desire to stay healthy and in shape. and fell in love with yoga and joined as a yoga teacher since 2013, traveled to study in Rishikesh, India as an office worker. I understand the problem of office syndrome. I has adapted his experience to teaching and is interested in practicing yoga with an emphasis on Alignment until I learns more about Pilates and likes the Pilates Principle that can be adapted to yoga and every movement, So I took a Pilates teacher from Balanced Body USA Institute in 2018 and took an anatomy class. movement mechanisms, nervous system, etc., and is also interested in anti-aging medicine and holistic health rehabilitation. Let’s come together to teach students to have good health and a good long-term quality of life. And I haven’t stopped developing myself with Update knowledge of fitness and health to keep up with the times.
