This class invites you to find your center, both physically and mentally, through a mindful exploration of balancing postures. We’ll flow through a sequence of poses designed to cultivate stability, focus, and coordination while deepening your connection to the present moment. By bringing awareness to your breath and body, you’ll develop a greater sense of balance, inner peace, and self-awareness.

In this class you will:

  • Find inner stillness: Cultivate a sense of inner peace and balance as you connect with your breath and body in each pose.
  • Cultivate present moment awareness: Anchor your attention to the present moment, noticing sensations, thoughts, and emotions without judgment.
