About YogaSutra Studio
YogaSutra has been part of Bangkok’s yoga community since 2003 and remains one of Thailand’s pioneering yoga studios. Over the years, more than 10,000 students have practiced with us, each bringing their own goals, experiences, and reasons for stepping onto the mat.
At YogaSutra, yoga is more than physical exercise. It is a practice that cultivates awareness, balance, and a deeper understanding of how the body moves and adapts.

Our teaching honors the traditional foundations of yoga while integrating a modern understanding of movement and the body. Rather than focusing solely on achieving specific poses, we encourage students to explore how movement, breath, and attention work together to support strength, mobility, and resilience.
For many students, YogaSutra becomes more than just a place to attend a class—it becomes a space to learn, practice consistently, and reconnect with themselves.
YogaSutra’s Practice System

At YogaSutra, our class schedule is thoughtfully designed to support a balanced and sustainable approach to practice throughout the week.
Rather than repeating the same type of class every day, each day highlights a different area of the body or quality of practice. This allows students who attend regularly to explore movement from multiple perspectives while giving the body time to recover and adapt.
Over the course of the week, classes may place attention on different areas such as the lower body, upper body, or the integration of the core and spine. Other sessions may explore more dynamic movement that builds energy and circulation, while some classes offer a slower pace that emphasizes breath awareness, mindfulness, and recovery.
This rhythm creates a natural balance within the practice. Some days invite effort and exploration, while others provide space to slow down and reconnect with the breath.
Students who practice regularly throughout the week often experience a more complete and sustainable relationship with yoga—developing strength, mobility, coordination, and awareness while maintaining a sense of ease and curiosity in their practice.

Our Classes
Some classes emphasize strength and stability, while others focus on mobility, breath awareness, or slower, restorative practices. Each class is guided with thoughtful instruction that encourages students to move with attention and respect for their individual bodies.
Because our schedule rotates different focus areas throughout the week, students who attend regularly experience a balanced rhythm of challenge and recovery.
Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or continuing a long-standing practice, our classes provide a supportive environment where you can explore movement, develop awareness, and grow at your own pace.

Our Instructors

At YogaSutra, our instructors are dedicated practitioners who are passionate about helping students develop a meaningful and sustainable yoga practice. While our teaching is guided by shared principles of mindful movement, breath awareness, and thoughtful progression, each teacher brings their own experience and perspective to the classroom.
We believe that authentic teaching grows from personal practice. For this reason, our instructors are encouraged to develop their own teaching voice, allowing students to experience yoga through a variety of perspectives while remaining within a supportive and consistent learning environment.
