The School of YogaSutra invites you to join our Open House event for the upcoming 100-Hour Chandra Krama Teacher Training.

This session is designed for practitioners and teachers who are interested in learning more about the Moon Sequence training and the educational approach of the School of YogaSutra.

This 90-minute session offers a simple and informative introduction to the upcoming teacher training.

Participants will learn about:

• the intention and structure of the 100-Hour Chandra Krama Teacher Training
 • what students will study during the program
 • the training schedule and format
 • who the training is suitable for

The presentation will be followed by a short experiential practice and an open discussion session.

Breathing Practice Experience

Participants will be guided through a short breathing practice led by Kru Naw.

This brief session offers a direct experience of the teaching style and approach that will be explored during the training.

Questions & Discussion

The open Q&A session allows participants to ask questions about:

• the training structure
• practice requirements
• eligibility for the programm
• how the training integrates with the YogaSutra learning pathway

Meet the Teachers

At the end of the event, guests are welcome to stay for a short informal session where they can speak with the teachers, ask further questions, and register their interest in the upcoming training.
