Kamalesh Za (Jai)

Yoga Instructor
Jai was born in India and began practicing yoga at a very young age. Growing up with the discipline of yoga practice, he developed a deep connection with asana and movement that continues to guide his teaching today.
He studied yoga extensively under Prof. Pallavi Kahvane, a five-time World Yoga Champion, and later completed formal training in physical education and yogic science. Through years of study, competition, and teaching, Jai has developed a strong understanding of traditional asana practice and its physical foundations.
In his classes, Jai emphasizes strength, precision, and steady progression. His intention is to help students build confidence in their practice while developing both physical discipline and mental focus.
