Nisachon Xu (Za)

Yoga Therapist
Za is the founder of YogaSutra and a yoga therapist whose work focuses on helping people understand their bodies through movement and mindful practice.
Her journey into yoga began as a personal exploration of movement and awareness. Over time, this curiosity expanded into a deeper study of anatomy, biomechanics, and the ways yoga can support both physical health and mental clarity.
In her teaching, Za emphasizes careful observation, gradual progression, and respect for the individual body. Rather than focusing on achieving poses, she encourages students to explore how movement, breath, and attention interact within their practice.
Her work is closely connected with Loft Physio Clinic, where principles of rehabilitation and movement therapy inform the way yoga is approached. Through this integration, she helps students develop practices that support both recovery and long-term resilience.
At YogaSutra, Za also mentors teachers and continues her own study of movement science and yoga practice.
