Tanya Thapanand

Yoga Instructor & Sound Therapist
Tanya’s journey into yoga began through a curiosity about movement, awareness, and the connection between body and mind. Over time, her practice expanded into a deeper exploration of anatomy, movement education, and the therapeutic aspects of yoga.
Her teaching combines elements of Hatha and Vinyasa practice with an emphasis on alignment, mindful movement, and careful observation of the body. Through continued study in applied anatomy and movement integration, she aims to help students better understand how their bodies move and respond to practice.
In addition to yoga, Tanya also guides Sound Therapy sessions using gongs and singing bowls. These sessions offer students a restorative space to relax, reset the nervous system, and cultivate deeper states of calm and awareness.
