Chantip (Noii) Sakdamnoen

Yoga Instructor
Kru Noi began her yoga journey as a way to improve her health and overall well-being. At the time, she was experiencing fatigue, weight-related challenges, and difficulty with everyday movement. Through consistent practice, she gradually began to notice meaningful changes in both her physical health and mental clarity.
Over the years, yoga became an important part of her life, supporting not only strength and mobility but also greater focus and balance. These personal experiences continue to inspire the way she teaches today.
In her classes, Kru Noi emphasizes patience, steady practice, and the belief that meaningful change happens gradually. Her intention is to help students discover the benefits of yoga in their own time and to encourage them to make practice a sustainable part of daily life.
