Yoga Instructor

Pong began his yoga journey through the study of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, gradually developing a practice that emphasizes both discipline and mindful movement. Over the years, he has continued exploring different approaches to yoga through workshops and training with experienced teachers in Thailand and internationally.

In his classes, Pong focuses on building a steady foundation in practice. He encourages students to move with attention to breath and alignment while gradually developing strength, flexibility, and confidence.

His teaching blends elements of traditional Hatha practice with dynamic movement, offering students a balanced experience that supports both beginners and more experienced practitioners.
