Sureerat Suwathawornsakul (Surie)

Yoga & Pilates Instructor
Surie began her journey with movement more than twenty years ago while working in an office environment. Seeking ways to stay healthy and manage the physical strain of long hours at a desk, she gradually developed a strong interest in yoga and mindful exercise.
Her experience with common office-related discomfort inspired her to deepen her study of movement and body mechanics. In 2013, she traveled to Rishikesh, India to further her yoga training and later expanded her practice by studying Pilates through the Balanced Body® training program.
Today, Surie integrates the principles of yoga, Pilates, and movement science in her teaching. Her classes emphasize alignment, controlled movement, and awareness of the body, helping students build strength and mobility while supporting long-term physical well-being.
