New To Yoga?
How to Begin
If you are new to YogaSutra, the variety of classes may feel exciting but also a little overwhelming. Rather than repeating the same type of practice every day, our schedule is designed to support balanced development of the body and mind.
We encourage new students to explore different types of classes across the week. By experiencing a range of movements—strength, mobility, breath, and relaxation—you will begin to develop a more complete and sustainable relationship with yoga.
Here is a simple example of how your first week at YogaSutra might look.
Day 1 — Foundation & Awareness
